Safety & Training

From risk assessment to training: operational support for employers, HSE managers and the wider organisation.

Assessment and oversight

The risk assessment is where the work starts, not where it ends.

Around it we build what makes it operational: interference documents where contractors overlap, procedures and emergency plans, training that meets the Italian State-Regions Agreement, renewal schedules and field audits. We work so that the paperwork describes what actually happens on site: the only condition under which it holds up, in front of an inspector as much as after an incident.

Where's the best place to start?

Three questions to build a preliminary orientation. No personal data required.

The result is not technical or legal advice and does not replace verification of requirements, regulations, obligations, deadlines and documentation for the specific case.

Training

Training only holds up if somebody keeps hold of it.

It is not just delivering the hours: it is knowing who needs training, when it expires and what stays on file. This is the full cycle we run, from the need to the archive.

Duration, content and refresher intervals depend on the role, the risk and the agreements in force: we check them case by case against the sources before anything goes into the calendar.

What changes with the new Agreement →

Needs assessment

Who does what, in which departments, with which equipment. What comes out of this is a named list of who needs training and on what — not a catalogue of courses.

Training plan

Courses, duration and priorities put in the calendar together with the company, around production and around the deadlines already running.

Classroom and hands-on

Classroom teaching and instruction at the workstation, with the equipment people actually use: this is the part no attendance sheet can stand in for.

Certificates and register

Minutes, assessments, certificates and an up-to-date register. This is what remains when an inspector arrives, or after an accident.

Renewal schedule

Every course has its renewal date. The schedule warns you before it expires, not after: that is the difference between a refresher and a non-conformity.
